Abstract

The increasing demand for energy, combined with the urgent need to

mitigate environmental degradation and climate change, has led to a global shift

toward renewable energy sources. This paper explores the practical applications of

renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, hydropower, biomass, and

geothermal energy. It highlights how these resources are being used across various

sectors such as residential, industrial, and agricultural settings. The study also

addresses the benefits, challenges, and potential of renewable energy to replace

conventional fossil fuels. Through real-world examples and technological

advancements, this paper demonstrates how renewable energy is not only viable but

essential for sustainable development.
