Abstract

An integrative approach within education brings together disciplines,

technologies, and human experiences with the purpose of developing holistic learners

ready to face the challenges of our world. This model solves the problem of rigid,

siloed curricula by fostering themed, project-based modules; it addresses teacher

readiness gaps through purposeful professional development; and it uses technology

to go beyond resource constraints and promote global collaboration. Students are no

longer bound by crippling innovation gaps; novel, authentic assessments that test

real-life applications and critical thinking skills replace mundane testing. The

advancement of artificial intelligence and virtual reality stands to further deepen

cross-disciplinary interaction, while caring practices safeguard the humanity,

inclusiveness, and empowerment of learners throughout the education system.
