This article analyzes the role of socio-cultural factors in the process of speech communication in the Uzbek language and their psycholinguistic interpretation. The study examines the influence of national values, social norms, speech etiquette, and cultural context on the formation of speech activity. It also highlights the relationship between socio-cultural factors and psychological mechanisms in the processes of speech production and perception. The findings emphasize the importance of considering cultural factors to ensure effective speech communication in Uzbek.
