Abstract

Ushbu tezisda jamoada ahil muhitni shakllantirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda jamoaviy ish samaradorligini oshirish, ijtimoiy-psixologik muhitni yaxshilash hamda rahbar va xodimlar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro ishonchni mustahkamlash yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ochiq muloqot, liderlik sifati va motivatsiya tizimi jamoada ijobiy muhitni shakllantirishda muhim omil hisoblanadi.
