Abstract

This article examines the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on second language acquisition (SLA). It explores the various opportunities AI presents in enhancing language learning and the challenges it poses in language education. The study discusses how AI-powered tools, such as language apps, chatbots, and personalized learning systems, can improve language skills while also addressing issues such as accessibility, personalization, and the potential risks of over-reliance on technology.
