Abstract

This article explores the fundamental principles of new pedagogy with a special focus on

the learner-centered education concept. In recent decades, traditional teacher-centered approaches

have been gradually replaced by student-centered methods that prioritize learners’ needs, interests, and

individual differences. The study highlights the core aspects of new pedagogy, such as active learning,

collaboration, autonomy, and the integration of digital technologies. It also emphasizes the importance

of creating a learning environment where students are encouraged to participate actively, think

critically, and develop lifelong learning skills. The findings suggest that the learner-centered approach

contributes to enhancing not only academic performance but also the personal growth and creativity of

students.
