This article examines the role and significance of gender issues within the framework of
sociolinguistic research. The interaction between language and society is analyzed through the gender
factor, focusing on differences in the speech behavior of men and women, their communicative
strategies, and the use of linguistic units based on scholarly sources. Furthermore, the paper discusses
the development of gender linguistics, the influence of social roles and cultural values, and their
representation in the language system. The findings indicate that gender is not only an important
aspect of linguistic theory but also a key element in the social environment, making it one of the
central themes in contemporary sociolinguistic studies.
