Abstract

Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida (OTM) tajriba-sinov asosida joriy etilgan partisipativ boshqaruv modellarining natijalari sistematik obzor metodologiyasi yordamida tahlil qilinadi. Beshta elektron ma’lumotlar bazasida qidiruv o`tkazildi; skrining va sifat bahosi natijasida 27 ta manbali tadqiqot kiritildi (2019–2025). Natijalar shuni ko`rsatadiki, partisipativ boshqaruv modeli talabalarda qarorlar qabul qilish, liderlik va hamkorlik kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishda sezilarli ijobiy ta’sir ko`rsatadi, biroq ushbu ta’sir institutsional madaniyat, hokimiyat taqsimoti aniqligi va tashkiliy tayyorgarlik darajasiga bog`liq bo`lib, muhim o`zgaruvchanlik kuzatildi. Tokenizm — ya’ni rasmiy, lekin amaliyotda ta’sirsiz ishtirok — eng ko`p uchraydigan xavf omili sifatida aniqlandi. O`zbekiston oliy ta’lim sharoitiga moslashtirilgan o`nta ilmiy asoslangan tavsiya ishlab chiqildi va besh bosqichli tatbiq yo`l xaritasi taklif etildi.
