Ushbu maqolada bo'lajak boshlang'ich sinf o'qituvchilarining metodik kompetentligini rivojlantirish metodikasi ilmiy-tahliliy nuqtai nazardan o'rganilgan. Metodik kompetentlik pedagogik ta'limning markaziy tushunchalaridan biri sifatida ko'rib chiqilib, uning tarkibiy komponentlari — bilim, ko'nikma, malaka va refleksiya — batafsil tahlil qilingan. Maqolada zamonaviy raqamli ta'lim vositalari, innovatsion pedagogik metodlar hamda sun'iy intellekt asosidagi platformalarning bo'lajak o'qituvchilar tayyorgarligidagi o'rni yoritilgan. Xorijiy davlatlar — Finlandiya, Janubiy Koreya, Germaniya va Singapur — tajribasidan olingan ma'lumotlar asosida solishtirib-tahliliy yondashuv qo'llanilgan. O'zbekiston pedagogik ta'lim tizimida mavjud muammolar aniqlangan va ularning amaliy yechimlari taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko'rsatadiki, metodik kompetentlikni maqsadli va tizimli ravishda rivojlantirish bo'lajak boshlang'ich sinf o'qituvchilarining kasbiy sifatini sezilarli darajada oshiradi. Maqola pedagogika, ta'lim texnologiyalari va oliy ta'lim sohasidagi tadqiqotchilar, professor-o'qituvchilar hamda ta'lim siyosati mutaxassislari uchun amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
