Abstract

 Kattalarning emotsional rivojlanishi insonning yetuklik davrida his-tuyg‘ularini anglash, boshqarish va ijtimoiy muhit bilan samarali moslashish qobiliyatini shakllantirish jarayonidir. Hayot tajribasi, ijtimoiy munosabatlar va shaxsiy qadriyatlar emotsional kompetensiyaning shakllanishida muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Emotsional barqarorlik, empatiya va stressni boshqarish qobiliyati shaxsning psixologik farovonligi va ijtimoiy samaradorligini oshiradi. Shu bois, kattalarning emotsional rivojlanishini o‘rganish psixologiya fanida dolzarb ilmiy masala bo‘lib, u nafaqat individual, balki jamiyat darajasidagi ijtimoiy faoliyatni ham qo‘llab-quvvatlaydi.
